Day -1 // July 17, 2015
Me and my parents went earlier at 7.15 am. At the first plan, my mom told us that we would went to the airport at 9.00 am from our home, but because of the Raung Volcano case of east java that influenced Bali's airport operational time, she changed the first plan to go earlier because she supposed the airport would be crowd of delayed passangers.
Well, God gave the launchable flight to us, we were arrived at DMK / Don Mueang International airport. This is the old Bangkok's airport but at least it still has good arrangement. After we've checked in and our passports were stamped, we went to outside and find the bus to Mochit. A person cost 30 Baht.
*Tips : The bus stop is in front of the gate number 6 of the arrival.
When I arrived at Mochit, I was bought a stickk of local saussage (street food). The taste of it was delicious and tasty, and the flavor almost similar as Balinese taste. I bought for 15 Baht/stick, but my mom told that if I would to buy something like this (especially street food without showed price) I might don't ask the price by English, or better I should don't say and ask anything just give the money and I would get the local price that is 10 Baht. :))
Well....
It might be 30 minutes for us to arrived in Khaosan, but badly we got the wrong bus number. Because of it we spent about 1 hour to arrived at the Khaosan, we got different lineway of the bus and we've got that annoying traffic light......................!!! >.<, in that situation, my phone was low-batt, so bored in the bus, seeking for wifi but I can't register and login the wifi, oh damn but it was ok.
Finally we arrived in Khaosan area, we walked to Khaosan street and find my parent's accomodation. When I feel the atmosphere of Khaosan road, it feels like the second look of Bali, where there're some clothing sellers and foodishes. And this is the first time for me have saw the Thai's extreme foods.
